Details of Workshop

A workshop for the musical then titled “Resolution Rocks” was held on August 16th and 17th, with an invited audience attending the Sunday session to evaluate the project’s progress. Feedback was collected with the understanding that the script was read for the first time by the Cast on the Saturday and only minimal staging was completed prior to the performance on the Sunday afternoon. As many participants were volunteers rather than professional actors, the audience was asked to focus their feedback on the material rather than the acting. The production team welcomed all constructive input to inform the next phase of development. This report provides a high-level summary of key feedback points and outlines subsequent revisions to the script and songs, which are detailed at the end of the document.

The workshop for Resolution: The Musical received highly positive feedback, with over 90% of participants indicating they would recommend the production upon its completion in February 2027. Anticipating the need for script revisions, the production team has proactively implemented improvements and prepared an updated version for the audition stage.
